Hi!
My name is Abbie Hodge and I am a third year at Ohio State University.
I am currently pursuing a Bachelor of Arts International Relations and Diplomacy with minors in Public Policy and Middle East Studies. I am excited to continue to further my career and continue growing my love. I have strong passions in Immigration/ refugees/ peace and war conflict and resolution. This website is currently being used for my second year International Affairs Scholars Project.
The tab stories tells 7 personal immigrant/ refugee stories, all people are anonomous, but these were in person talks in which their stories are now being told.

The Essay tab is one I wrote last year about mental health in the migrant process and what it is like once arrived in the US.
The GSP table, is my Global Scholars Project from 2022, this includes informaiton on Columbus (now updated under GSP in a dropdown) and information during the Ukranian conflict following the displacement of people in that region of the world. The main tab is from that time, but I decided to keep it as you can see what my project has done.
The last section is the Mentor Blogs- my current involvement, I am mentoring a Belarusian Immigrant Family and this recounts my experience with them.
